Unser Aufenthalt war widerlich, laut und völlig unzumutbar. Zwischen 24:00 und ca. 02:00 Uhr nachts randalierte ein etwa 40-jähriger Mann massiv im Hotel. Er lief wiederholt durch die Flure, trug nur eine tief hängende Jogginghose, keine Schuhe, keine Socken, kein T-Shirt, war klatschnass und schrie lautstark immer wieder den Namen „DUSTIN FREIERMUTH“. Zusätzlich kam es zu extremer Lärmbelästigung aus seinem Zimmer: • Möbel wurden hörbar durch das Zimmer geworfen • Der Fernseher lief extrem laut, auch nachts • Lautes Stöhnen war deutlich bis auf den Flur hörbar • Der Mann ließ die ganze Nacht bis ca. 12:00 Uhr mittags dauerhaft Wasser laufen, was durchgehend hörbar war Darüber hinaus verschmutzte er die Gemeinschaftsbereiche: • Er warf und rieb nasses Toilettenpapier sowie nasse Handtücher im Flur • Die Flure waren zeitweise nass, unhygienisch und verwüstet Ein Eingreifen war nicht möglich, da nachts keinerlei Hotelpersonal anwesend war. Es gab ausschließlich einen Nacht-Check-in über einen Automaten. Besonders kritisch und sicherheitsrelevant: Beim Nacht-Check-in musste kein Ausweis vorgelegt werden. Es reichte aus, einen Namen und eine Adresse am Bildschirm einzugeben, unabhängig davon, ob diese Angaben korrekt waren oder nicht. Eine Identitätsprüfung fand nicht statt. Zusätzlich zu den massiven Störungen war auch der Zustand unseres Zimmers inakzeptabel: • Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht • Im Familienzimmer mit vier Betten war nur ein einziges Handtuch vorhanden • Unter den Matratzen befand sich Schmutz • Eine Steckdose hing locker aus der Wand (Sicherheitsrisiko) • Beim Duschen zog kalte Luft ins Badezimmer • Trotz eingeschalteter Heizung strömte durch einen sichtbaren Fensterschlitz dauerhaft kalte Luft ins Zimmer Zusammengefasst: laut, dreckig, unsicher, schlecht gewartet und völlig unkontrolliert. Ein unbeaufsichtigter Nachtbetrieb ohne Personal und ohne Identitätsprüfung ist in dieser Form nicht verantwortbar. Für Familien, ruhesuchende Gäste oder Menschen mit grundlegenden Erwartungen an Sicherheit und Hygiene ist diese Unterkunft absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Unkompliziert und angenehm

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Check-in und Check-out warten unkompliziert. Kein langes Warten am Schalter. Das Zimmer war den Preis angemessen und obwohl das Zimmer direkt an der Straße gelegen ist, war es recht leise in der Nacht. Das Bad war modern und sauber. Wir sind gerne wieder zu Gast.

Via the A3 (West): At Exit 70 for Würzburg-Heidingsfeld, take the B19 towards Bad Mergentheim/Giebelstadt/Würzburg-Zentrum. At the fork in the road, follow the signs towards the B19/Würzburg/Heidingsfeld. Exit left to leave the B19. Take the exit towards Marktheidenfeld/B8/Schwäbisch Hall/B19/Fulda/Heidelberg/B27. 2.5 km along Mergentheimer Street. Continue along Saalgasse. Turn right onto Friedensbrücke Bridge. Continue along Röntgenring. Turn left onto Veitshöchheimer Street. The hotel is on the right-hand side. Access to the car park is via Pickel Street. The car park is also accessible from Veitshöchheimer Street.

Via the A3 (South): Take Exit 83-Kreuz Fürth/Erlangen onto the A3 towards Würzburg/Regensburg/München/A9/Berlin. Follow the A3 to Würzburg. At Exit 72-Rottendorf, take the B8 towards Würzburg-Ost/Biebelried. Continue along the B8 (towards B27/Marktheidenfeld/Fulda/Heidelberg/Stadtring-Nord). Head towards the city centre. At the roundabout, take the second exit (Haugerring). Continue on 170 metres along Röntgen Ring road. Turn right onto Veitshöchheimer Street. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
