Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Première et dernière fois dans cet hôtel.

Nous avons effectué une réservation en ligne via notre compte B&B et avons coché l’option départ tardif à 14h. Malheureusement, le cauchemar a commencé dès le matin. 9h30 : la femme de ménage ouvre la porte de la chambre sans prévenir. Elle s’excuse et repart. 11h30 : la femme de ménage revient et frappe à la porte. Nous lui expliquons alors que nous avons un départ tardif prévu à 14h. 13h30 : la personne en charge de l’accueil vient nous dire qu’il faut quitter la chambre. Je lui explique que le départ tardif a bien été sélectionné lors de la réservation et que, depuis le matin, nous sommes constamment dérangés alors que nous sommes dans notre droit. La réponse ? Il n’était « pas au courant ». Puis on nous reproche de ne pas avoir mis la chemise “ne pas déranger”, alors qu’il n’y en avait aucune dans la chambre. L’échange devient tendu, la situation est très mal gérée, pour finalement nous dire : « À 14h pile, vous quittez les lieux. » C’est inadmissible. Si l’hôtel a des problèmes de communication interne ou de remontée d’informations dans son logiciel, ce n’est pas au client d’en subir les conséquences. Nous avons payé un départ tardif pour nous reposer et faire une grasse matinée, et nous avons été réveillés à 9h30 puis dérangés toute la matinée avant de reprendre la route. Une grande déception et une très mauvaise expérience. Une honte.
