Our family spent 3 nights in 4 rooms at the B&B Pitti Palace. Of the 4 rooms, only 1 did not have serious problems, including broken air conditioning (room was 85 F), broken, jagged pipes over the bidet with blue caution tape so you wouldn’t scrape yourself, towel holders held on by 3M command hooks which fell off the marble wall when a hand towel was placed on it, and hardened vomit on the balcony. The staff was friendly but said they could not provide a nicer room unless I emailed customer service. Customer service sent an automated reply that they were too busy to respond. After one sweltering night in 80 degrees and a second night in a basement room past the service area with loud mechanical noises, my husband and I were miserable. It has been 3 days since our first email and customer service still has not responded. The location is fabulous, but staying in this hotel is a gamble that cost as much as much nicer hotels.

A wonderful place to stay on our first first to this beautiful city. Service, room and location were perfect! We’ll be back :)

The Hotel Pitti Palace was wonderful. The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the 6th floor was great. Our stay was fun! Thank you.

The hotel was in the perfect location in Florence. Walkable to major sites. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms clean, great place to stay at as a tourist.
