Des efforts a faire

J’ai payé 120 € la nuit chez vous, parking inclus. L’accueil a été extrêmement froid. J’avais presque l’impression de déranger. La jeune femme qui m’a reçu, ainsi que le jeune homme au bar, m’ont à peine dit bonjour. Il ne semblait pas très concerné par son travail non plus. Pas de sourire, pas de salutations. J’ai trouvé cela très moyen. Pas choquant, car la société aujourd’hui est comme ça : on voit très peu de personnes vraiment motivées. Le petit-déjeuner, en revanche, était agréable. Les deux femmes présentes m’ont salué, et la qualité était très bonne. Elles faisaient très attention à remplacer immédiatement le pain ou ce qu’il manquait. Donc, pour le petit-déjeuner, c’était vraiment bien. Concernant la salle de bain : la hauteur de la douche est de 1m86. C’était trop bas. Ma tête touchait presque le plafond. Une conception assez étrange. Pour un tarif de 100 €, on pourrait s’attendre à mieux. Cependant, tout était très propre. Rien à redire sur ce point. La propreté était vraiment excellente.

Séjour agréable

Accueil toujours chaleureux de l'équipe, souci d'être à l'écoute et de répondre au mieux aux demandes. Nette amélioration du petit déjeuner qui a retrouvé une certaine variété, notamment retour bienvenu des fruits frais (oranges et pommes lors de notre passage).

Après avoir réglé l'hôtel, le responsable nous signale que la télévision est en panne. La panne a été réparée le troisième jour de notre séjour ! rien ne nous ai expliqué, les codes de la porte, les codes de l'escalier ... accueil et bienveillance laisse à sésirer !
