Péssima, a não repetir este hotel B&B em específico ![trustyou]()
Durante os 7 dias de estadia o quarto nunca foi limpo Apenas faziam a cama e trocavam as toalhas (estivemos 3 dias sem toalhas de mãos) Nas zonas comuns, as escadas estavam cheias de pó e lixo (notava-se que não eram limpas há semanas), o elevador cheirava mal e estava cheio de pó O refeitório também não era limpo, os tabuleiros não eram lavados, o carrinho onde se deixava os tabuleiros estavam cheio de gordura e comida com vários dias, as máquinas das bebidas/café também tinham alguma sujidade Estivemos 2 dias sem sabonete líquido para as mãos O ar condicionado não ligava. Reclamamos mas disseram que havia uma avaria central e não dava para ligar. Como o quarto estava a 18 graus pedimos uma alternativa e deram um cobertor cheio de pó e que cheirava mal (nota-se que não era lavado). No entanto, nos últimos 2 dias o refeitório tinha ar condicionado numa temperatura bastante quente o que contraria a informação dada anteriormente O chuveiro estava entupido porque tinha pouca pressão de água O isolamento do quarto é péssimo. Pois ouvíamos os hóspedes dos outros quartos a falar, telemóveis e descargas do WC e banhos Em comparação com os hotéis B&B em que já fiquei alojado em Portugal (por diversas vezes), este fica muito à quem da qualidade de serviço e instalações a que estou habituado.

Péssima. A não voltar, sem dúvida, a este hotel ![trustyou]()
Durante os 7 dias de estadia o quarto nunca foi limpo Apenas faziam a cama e trocavam as toalhas (estivemos 3 dias sem toalhas de mãos) Não havia suporte para pendurar/colocar o papel higiénico O colchão era duro, almofadas baixas, pouca roupa (apenas edredom de verão) Nas zonas comuns, as escadas estavam cheias de pó e lixo (notava-se que não eram limpas há semanas), o elevador cheirava mal e estava cheio de pó O refeitório também não era limpo, os tabuleiros não eram lavados, o carrinho onde se deixava os tabuleiros estavam cheio de gordura e comida com vários dias, as máquinas das bebidas/café também tinham alguma sujidade O café expresso não é bom A louca não era (bem) lavada As máquinas das bebidas nem sempre eram repostas e por vezes só deitavam água No ultimo dia havia escassez de comida Estivemos 2 dias sem sabonete líquido para as mãos O ar condicionado não ligava. Reclamamos mas disseram que havia uma avaria central e não dava para ligar.
