Überraschend gut
Ich hatte das B&B Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zur Brauerei Puntigam ausgesucht und dabei eine für mich neue und wirklich empfehlenswerte Adresse gefunden. Ich werde wieder kommen.
Anregung für die Geschäftsleitung: die Geräuschentwicklung durch Etagentüren (Hinweise mit der Bitte um leises Schließen sind gut ersichtlich angebracht) ist durch Investition in Türstopper anderer Bauart sicher reduzierbar. Da zahlt sich eine Investition sicher aus. Die Alu-Türen sind immer laut. Ein kurzes Wartungsinterval kann auch helfen, diese Lärmquelle in den Griffe zu bekommen.

Gutes Hotel mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das B&B-Hotel Graz Süd ist ähnlich gut wie andere B&B-Hotels: Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück schmeckt gut und es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Natürlich kann man keinen absoluten Luxus erwarten, dafür ist das Hotel etwas zu billig. Die Zimmer sind nicht übermäßig groß, genauso wie auch das Frühstücksbuffet. So was wie Champinions, gefüllte Paprika, Bohnen oder ähnliche warme Speisen braucht man nicht zu erwarten. Ein paar "Exoten" gab es aber schon, wie Erdnussbutter oder sehr leckere Muffins und wie gesagt, ist das vorhandene Angebot wirklich ausreichend. dazu kommt dass alles sehr schnell aufgefüllt werden konnte, denn wie bei anderen B&B-Hotels ist die Küche direkt hinter dem Buffet, was das Auffüllen viel effizienter macht und ich hatte auch das Gefühl, der Mann vom Service hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Das Buffet selbst ist zwar schmal, aber mit mehreren Dingen übereinander, was es etwas unübersichtlich macht, da man die Dinge oben oft nicht sieht. Wirklich positiv überrascht hat mich der Service im Hotel. Die Rezeptionistin war wirklich freundlich und hat sich bemüht, uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite zu stehen, auch wenn sie zugegebener Maßen ein paar Wissenslücken hatte und sich ab und zu etwas unsicher war. Was mich ebenfalls gefreut hat war der Kaffeeautomat im Foyer. Es gibt dort neben diversen Kaffeesorten auch Kakao (mit Milch/Wasser), Gemüsebrühe und -was zwar nicht wirklich lecker klingt, meine Erwartungen jedoch weit übertroffen hat- Blutorangentee. Dort hat alles nur 1,30€ gekostet. Gut fand ich auch das System, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. man bekommt nämlich bei der Anreise einen Code, den man beim Zimmer eingeben muss. So kommt man auch hin ein, wenn jemand anderes den Code bekommen hat, wenn man ihn auswendig kann und muss nicht erst auf die andere Person warten. Auch der Check-out wird einem so erspart. Man geht einfach und der Code wird ungültig. Das einzige, was mich wirklich gestört hat am Hotel, war der Geruch im Zimmer. Ich würde sagen, es roch wie ein nasser Hund. Wahrscheinlich kam der Geruch von der kaputten Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Ansonsten war aber alles gut und auch Graz ist eine wirklich schöne Stadt. Und von außen ist das Hotel wirklich beeindruckend zu sehen.
