Bonjour Je vous remercie d'avoir effectué votre réservation dans notre établissement. Je prends connaissance ce jour de votre avis et constate que votre séjour vous a donné en partie satisfaction concernant la partie hébergement. Je suis désolé cependant que notre buffet petit déjeuner n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. ou si au moment de le prendre , certains produits aient pu être absents du buffet. Nous anticipons au maximum les besoins En espérant vous voir de nouveau au sein de notre hôtel.
