Suite a annulation du vol Nantes Nice a 18h 45 du 17 décembre 2025 Un retard de 3 heures étais annoncé puis après une attente de 1 h30 L’avion était supprimé à 19h30 j’appelle la plate-forme forme de réservations de l’hôtel pour les prévenir que je ne serais pas à l’hôtel ce soir et je demande le remboursement de ma chambre la personne me répond qu’il n’était pas possible de me dédommager comment se fait-il?     Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
