La camera era davvero delizioso, pulita e ben tenuta, comoda, con un letto spazioso che garantiva un riposo perfetto. Insonorizzato, quindi non abbiamo mai sentito rumori esterni, il che ha contribuito alla nostra sensazione di relax totale. Personale sempre disponibile alle nostre esigenze

La camera confort è minuscola, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, danno 1 solo asciugamano a testa. La nostra porta aveva un difetto di chiusura per cui bisognava controllare che fosse bloccata, le signore delle pulizie non lo hanno fatto per cui abbiamo trovato 2 volte la porta solo accostata, per fortuna nulla mancava ma è stato fatto presente entrambe le volte senza risultato. Il gestore ha detto che non andava bene e che avrebbe controllato lui ma non lo ha fatto. I corridoi della struttura sono tenuti male, unico punto a favore è la colazione che è semplice ma soddisfacente.

Hôtel correct, propre, bonne literie mais alors cela fait 2 fois que nous venons et 2 fois que nous avons un problème avec le lit bébé. La première fois j’ai mis ma demande en commentaire lors de la réservation et le commentaire n’est pas redescendu dans leur logiciel donc pas de lit bébé et la deuxième fois j’ai appelé pour être sûr et le lit bébé était dans le placard non déplié sans aucun drap/ couverture ou protection jetable à disposition. Notre enfant a du une nouvelle fois dormir avec nous…
