What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bon hôtel avec bon rapport qualité/prix

Hôtel qui correspond à ce que l’on attend lorsqu’on réserve chez B&B Hôtels : chambre basique, spacieuse et confortable ; salle de bain propre, espace petit-déjeuner suffisamment grand et buffet petit-déjeuner copieux. En somme : après notre déception du B&B Hôtel Blois sud Vineuil, une remontée dans notre estime de la chaîne après notre passage à Tours Parc Expo St Avertin. Vous pouvez y séjourner sans soucis.

Très bien dans l'ensemble !

Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble au B and B de Saint Avertin. Dans cet hôtel pour un déplacement à titre professionnel. Chambre propre, insonorisée, super literie, rien à redire de ce côté là. Personnel d'accueil attentionné, souriant et au top, aux petits soins.. Là où je chipote : Un petit MAIS sur la qualité des joints silicone de la douche (qui moisissent, à refaire) la drôle de tête du "vide sanitaire" sous la douche qui commence à gonfler sous l'humidité : un simple planche... Les nombreux impacts sur la peinture un peu partout dans la chambre, la forte odeur de remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bain.. Le bouton poussoir de la chasse d'eau où il faut y aller aux gants de boxe. Et le rideau de douche..Haaa le rideau de douche, quelle horreur cette invention... :) Bref, mise à part ces petits défaut, cet hôtel est très bien pour un deux étoiles! Je recommande cette chaine d'hôtels !

From Paris (A10) : Take exit 22, go left, direction Saint-Avertin. Then direction Parc des Expos. Drive into ZA Les Grandes Galand (industrial area).

From Bordeaux (A10) : Take exit 21 (Tours centre), direction Tours , then direction Tours Sud/Parc des Expos. . Then direction Saint-Avertin . After the Pont du Cher ( bridge), turn left direction ZA Les Granges Galand (industrial area).

From Nantes/Angers by A85 : After Langeais, direction A10/Paris. On the A10, take the exit 21, direction Tours , then Tours Sud/Parc des Expos. , then direction Saint-Avertin . After the Pont du Cher ( bridge), turn left direction ZA Les Granges Galand (indusrial area).
