What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel très propre, bien tenu. Insonorisation satisfaisante, personnel agréable et de bon service. Petit déjeuner très correct. Bonne literie, chambre bien préparée (114). Seul petit bémol, l'éclairage dans la chambre est vraiment très faible, voire insuffisant car cette "pénombre" fatigue un peu les yeux. Le portail du parking semblait également ne pas fonctionner. Mais à part ces 2 petites réserves, nous sommes très satisfait du séjour et nous reviendront avec plaisir dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à saint Jean De Luz. Merci, continuez surtout à garder cet état d'esprit et cette qualité.
