B&B Hotel Rosenheim - an oasis at the foothills of the Alps!

 

This Upper-Bavarian city provides an idyllic counterpoint to the hectic pace of a big city, and offers something for everyone. Tip of the hotel

Our excursion tips: A walk along the Inn and Magfall or a city tour with the Rosenheim cops are recommended. The Flötzinger Braustübl or Cortina are recommended for dining. Nature lovers can enjoy the Simsee, Chiemsee or Wendelstein.

Location

The B&B Hotel Rosenheim is centrally located in the city and is only a few minutes' walk from the train station and is one of the central guest houses and pensions in Rosenheim. The hotel's location means you can get anywhere quickly. The marketplace, the Heilig-Geist-Kirche and the famous Lokschuppen are all within a 1km perimeter of the hotel and are easily reached on foot. Lake Chiemsee is a 30 minute drive away and on a clear day, the Alps are even visible from the hotel. The bathing resort of Stephanskirchen Simssee is only 18 minutes away by car. The affordable accommodation offers modern rooms, which differ in rooms with a French bed, twin rooms and family rooms with 3 or 4 beds. All rooms are equipped with a TV, desk and air-conditioning, and there is an elevator to access the upper floors. Despite the proximity to the train station, soundproofed windows will ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Kleine Mängel aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle freundliche Mitarbeiter u. dass Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Leider sehr enttäuschend

Leider waren wir diesesmal sehr enttäuscht. Dreckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Reinigungsservice wurde versprochen kam aber nicht. Müll und Dreck vom Vorgänger konnte man bei genauem hinsehen überall finden (z.B. leere Redbull-Dose im Schrank). Plus die hohen Parkgebühren. Wir sind immer gerne in ein B&B gegangen und waren noch nie so enttäuscht wie hier in Rosenheim. Leider haben wir dieses Jahr noch einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht, wird dann definitiv das letzte mal gewesen sein. Eine Empfehlung können wir leider definitiv für das Hotel in Rosenheim nicht aussprechen.

Effizientes & freundliches Hotel, Frühstück zu teuer

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer könnte bei Anreise wärmer sein. Die Klimaanlage an der Decke ist zum Aufwärmen des Zimmers eher laut und ineffizient. Frühstück zu teuer.

Directions to the Hotel Rosenheim

Via A8: Take the exit 102 for Rosenheim, then follow the B15 for around 5km. Turn left into Gießereistraße, which later turns into Luitpoldstraße. After approximately 800m, the B&B Hotel Rosenheim will be on the left-hand side.

Bus/train: The B&B Hotel Rosenheim is just a few minutes’ walk from the Rosenheim train station. Walk left along Luitpoldstraße (which will lead you directly to the front of the hotel), and after a few minutes you’ll see the hotel on the left-hand side.
