What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Déçu

Je suis une personne en situation de handicap. Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué qu’un parking était disponible. Cependant, à aucun moment il n’a été précisé qu’il s’agissait d’un parking souterrain payant à 15 € par jour, situé assez loin de l’établissement. Pour une personne handicapée, cette situation est particulièrement contraignante et inacceptable. Je trouve cela scandaleux qu’une information aussi importante n’ait pas été clairement mentionnée.

Direction Marseille,Aix en provence,Nice / Enter ins Napollon and go ahead 100 m, direction Marseille.

Join the 501 et go ahead 200m, direction La Penne Marseille / Sortie Napollon, continue 2.0 Km.

Turn right on the A50 and continue on 16.8 km. Continue straight away on the Littoral motorway, on 1.5 km. Exit N° 2 and continue on Rue Chantérac. Continue on 300 m. Turn right, Quai d'Arenc and keep going on 1.1 km.
