Tout était parfait. Hôtel, super équipe et dirigeant ...sans oublier minette qui rajoute un sentiment de bien être, comme à la maison. Petit déjeuner de très grande qualité. Chambres confortables et propres. Merci, bravo et à bientôt

Bon rapport qualité prix , la chambre correspondait parfaitement à ce que je recherchais , c’était propre( entretenu par les femmes de ménage ) et calme j’ai bien aimé ….

Une habituée
Un hôtel rapport qualité prix à revoir… dommage qu’il n’y a pas de promotion pour les clients habitués ! J’ai eu affaire à 2 réceptionnistes : la 1ère dame. chaleureuse d’une gentillesse d’un professionnalisme rien à dire, d’une amabilité bonté compréhensible serviable surtout à l’écoute et disponible au top, qui m’a changé de chambre tout de suite en respectant et fait au mieux de ma demande …. Mais la 2ème, une dame assez froide avec un aucun sourire qui ne comprenaient pas très bien le français (sans aucun jugement ni préjugé …) J’ai changé 3x de chambre car l’évier était bouché avec une fuite et des fortes odeurs d’égouts qui remontaient … par contre j’ai ressenti un sentiment de racisme à mon égard et un dérangement quand je me suis rendue à l’accueil pour signaler le problème technique de l’évier de la salle de bain, à croire qu’elle voulait que ne je change pas de chambre ou ma mise dans une à l’extérieure sachant que je lui ai demandé dans les couloir afin d’éviter le froid et le bruit des clients, elle me répond que l’hôtel était complet, chose que ce n’était pas vrai !

Formidable. Accueil
En famille dans 1 chambre quadruple très propre, lit bébé à disposition, un charmant accueil nous a été réservé. Petit déjeuner copieux. Déjà venus à plusieurs reprises à La Valentine. Très satisfaits du séjour. A bientôt.
