Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Catastrophe

On ne peut pas mettre 0, c'est dommage. Le lit étant fin et posé sur une planche de bois, nous aurions dormis par terre c'était pareil question confort. Étant PMR opérée plusieurs fois du dos, je peux vous dire que je n'ai pas dormi. De plus, les oreillers étaient terriblement plats et mous. En attente à minima d'une explication de votre part, et au vu de la nuit passée et du week-end gâché a disneyland Paris puisque j'ai fini bloquée, d'un geste commercial avant de rédiger mon avis sur Google. Un hôtel est avant tout un endroit de repos, j'attends un minimum de qualité et de confort de literie, je pense que c'est vraiment la base attendue.
