What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

L'hôtelier oublie notre réservation puis nous insulte et nous met dehors

Une honte absolue. L'hôtelier nous a d'abord dit 1- qu'il n'avait pas notre réservation (en fait il s'était trompé et ne l'a jamais admis) puis 2- qu'il avait finalement trouvé la réservation, mais avait donné les chambres avec lits jumeaux à un autre groupe, mais était prêt à nous faire un prix pour avoir plus de chambres. J'ai évidemment refusé et 3- finalement quand nous avons trouvé une solution pour garder les chambres en l'état malgré l'inconfort pour nous, il nous a mis dehors (alors que nous avions 3 enfants avec nous). Il a refusé de nous rembourser en cash, nous avons dû lui faire confiance pour le remboursement par carte. Une honte absolue, et je passe sur les insultes de l'hôtelier. Je passe 70 nuits par an à l'hôtel depuis 10 ans et n'ai jamais connu ça. Nous avons dû changer d'hôtel en urgence (avec un surcoût). Evidemment, notre avocate est en train d'étudier les poursuites à donner. Entre temps, l'hôtelier a dû comprendre à qui il avait affaire et nous a ensuite harcelé au téléphone pour nous supplier de revenir. Nous n'avons pas donné suite, ne voulant pas subir les humeurs de ce monsieur, qui était sous substance ou dépressif, je ne sais pas. Tout ceci est arrivé en l'espace de moins de 10 minutes... Nous sommes un groupe de 10 personnes avec 3 enfants et 7 salariés.
