Location

Located just a few metres from the Rhine, the hotel is also close to the Rheingalerie shopping centre. The baroque Mannheim castle is just 1.9 km away and comfortably accessible on foot along the Rhine’s promenade. For a change of pace, there are a number of bars, cinemas and a bowling centre within a 1.5 km perimeter of the hotel, so there’s plenty to do in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located. The main train station and the S-Bahn station are about 10 minutes’ walk away.

Facilities

The Ludwigsahfen accommodation offers you 100 guest rooms for overnight stays, which are divided into single, double and family rooms. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und gute Lage

Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) im B&B in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Die Zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt gegenüber ist die Rheingalerie. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Blick auf den Rhein. Da direkt vor dem Hotel eine große Straße verläuft, kann es Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster durchaus mal laut werden. Wir hatten daher die Fenster geschlossen. Der Duschkopf war leider recht verkalkt. An sich war das Zimmer aber sauber und ausreichend groß. Zwischendurch hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das muss über die Lüftung gekommen sein… da hat sich wohl jemand nicht an das Rauchverbot gehalten. Das war (gerade Nachts/Morgens) nicht so schön. Im Treppenhaus lagen dann auch Zigarettenstummel. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag dort, inkl. Frühstück. Das Frühstück war gut und man hat recht viel Auswahl. Die Brötchen waren leider nicht sonderlich knackig, sondern etwas weich. Mit den unscharfen Messern war es recht schwierig, die Brötchen zu schneiden. Neben Brötchen und einer vielfältigen Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Aufstrichen, gab es auch Müsli, Porridge und frisches Obst. Außerdem einen Kaffeeautomaten, Wasser, Zitronenwasser und einen Saftautomaten. Also eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Für 13,90€ kann man da nix sagen. Das Auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert… man kann einfach gehen. Das Personal war freundlich und der Preis angemessen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super Hotel - alles was man braucht ist da

Wir waren zu einem Konzert in Mannheim. Dieses Hotel war perfekt zum Übernachten. Im Zimmer war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel hell, freundlich und sauber. Die Lage perfekt. Zwei Parkhäuser fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. In direkter Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine L‘Osteria direkt am Rhein wo wir Samstagnacht um 23:00 Uhr noch lecker essen konnten. Ein rundum angenehmes Konzertbesuchs-Wochenende zu tragbaren Kosten.

Directions to Hotel Ludwigshafen

From Speyer A 61: To the Ludwigshafen junction, then switch to the A 650 in the direction of Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The A 650 leads to the B 44. Follow the B 44 to the Ludwigshafen-Mitte exit and drive onto Heinigstrasse. The 2. Turn left into Bahnhofstr. drive to the Rheingalerie. Pension Ludwigshafen is on the right-hand side of Bahnhofstrasse. The Rheingalerie is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Bus/train: From Ludwigshafen main station, take the S-Bahn lines S4/S6/S7/S9 to the Ludwigstraße stop. From there the hotel can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.

Parking
