What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Insatisfaits

Incompréhension dans une demande pourtant formulée clairement: souhait d'une baignoire. On nous répond que c'est possible de satisfaire notre demande. Au final nous avons une douche et lorsque nous le signalons on nous informe que l'établissement n'a que des douches... Et qu'ils pensaient que nous souhaitions avoir "une deuxième chien" en présence, alors que nous en avons qu'un seul et que nous avons formulé aucune demande le concernant. De plus, la présence d'urine sur l'abattant WC, du manque de papier toilette, de poils/cheveux dans l'évier + cuvette et de l'odeur de rance générale, ça n'a pas aidé.
