What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique

Les cendriers entre les chambres....je ne fume pas et j'ai senti l'odeur de la cigarette dans ma chambre. De plus, ce qui fait que les personnes stagnent devant leurs chambres....et on ne peux pas ouvrier le rideau pour profiter au maximum la lumière du jour , c'est gênant

Very helpful

The room was fine for our needs, a quick overnight stay on our drive. However my daughter left her soft toy in the room which we only discovered after we left. A huge thank you to Aurelia for responding and confirming they had the toy so quickly, and then for their patience & help with all my messages to arrange the postage of the toy back to us in the UK. Your help was very much appreciated!! They are reunited & very happy, Thank you!
