What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Un hôtel qui malgré les années resta très accueillant. Les chambres et le couchage sont parfait. Il n'y a que la salle de bain qui est moins agréable. Celle-ci était propre mais l'implantation vieillotte.

Attention si vous arrivez en dehors des horaires d’accueil

La chambre est bien et correct. Par contre faire attention si vous arrivez en dehors des horaires d’accueil il y a une borne à l’extérieur sur lequel il faut rentrer son nom et un code de réservation afin d’avoir le code d’accès à sa chambre mais ayant réservé avec Revolugo via le site du GP explorer et pas le site b&b je n’ai pas reçu le mail avec le code de réservation (j’avais dans mon mail que le code référence de réservation mais ce n’était pas ça qui est demandé) j’ai donc dû en plaines nuit appelée via l’interphone le service 24h/24h qui a mis super longtemps à répondre heureusement au bout d’un moment quelqu’un a répondu et a pu avoir accès à mon dossier et me donner le code de réservation afin que je puisse avoir le code d’accès à la chambre.
