What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

À fuir ! Check in à distance, arrivée tardive le top jusqu’à la découverte de la chambre insalubre ! Vous appelez le service client qui est fermé à 10 min de l’heure normal …. Vous fuyez les lieux puant la mois dures et les murs remplis de moisi ainsi que le plafond troué par celle ci . Vous demandez un remboursement n’ayant pu dormir dans les lieux et là on vous dit que non car la chambre n’a pas pu être relouee. Donc ça ne gêne pas BB de louer des chambres insalubre à leur client. Plus jamais pour nous !
