Nicht mehr das, was es einmal war

Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, dürfte aber etwas schneller sein. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt mussten wir allerdings leider feststellen, dass der Service und der Zustand der Zimmer, besonders des Bades arg gelitten haben. Im Zimmer hing einer der Vorhänge, der sich wohl aus der Schiene gelöst hatte, an der Wand herunter. Im Bad war der WC-Sitz lose, es gab keine Toilettenbürste und die Dichtungen der Duschabtrennung waren defekt, so dass die Matte vor der Duschkabine in kürzester Zeit durchnässt war. Das billige Toilettenpapier passte zum Gesamteindruck. Der Zimmerservice muss neuerdings vom Gast gebucht werden, wovon wir wegen des fehlenden Aufklebers im Zimmer nichts wussten. Erst, als ich mich bei der Rezeption beschwerte, wurde ich von dieser neuen Regelung in Kenntnis gesetzt. Parkgebühren sind neuerdings auch fällig. Dass die Beleuchtung des Hotel-Logos teilweise defekt war, hat zwar keinen Einfluss auf den Komfort, passt aber zum negativen Gesamteindruck. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
