What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je n’ai pas pu vous appeler car j’ai oublié quelques objets dans ma chambre ( le numéro n’était pas le bon) dommage pour moi ! Sinon la chambre etait très bien, propre, rapport qualité prix rien à dire.

Cet hôtel est accessible, très propre et nous apprécions beaucoup l'amabilité du personnel que nous connaissons depuis plusieurs années.

Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis très longtemps, plusieurs fois par an. Le personnel est efficace et très aimable L'hôtel est propre, le petit déjeuner parfait. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La clientèle est discrète et courtoise. Seul reproche : le rideau mal ajusté ne permet pas d'assurer le noir dans la chambre et perturbe le sommeil.
