Assez impersonnel du fait que nous n'avons rencontrer aucun personnel hôtelier. Mais la tendance va dans ce sens même si cela est un peu déplorable. . Un interlocuteur humain est mieux que des robots, ou internet. Dommage, Pour moi cela donne l'impression de rentrer et sortir de l'établissement comme un intrus. Cela n'enlève pas la qualité du service

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.
