What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

bon séjour mais étage 1 trés bruyant aprés 23h

Bon séjour dans cet hotel que nous connaissons depuis plusieurs années , bien situé restos à proximité facilité à trouver mais lors de notre dernier passage pour la nuit du 07/02 au 08/02/26, notre chambre était au premier étage 126 mais trés bruyant surtout aprés 23 h j'ai du descendre à la réception pour signaler ce dérangement de la chambre d'a coté (des jeunes) puis ce fut vers 5h du matin la chambre de l'autre coté (des jeunes également) aucun respect, je n'ai rien contre la jeunesse mais s'ils veulent s éclater, le font à l'extérieur et laissent les gens dormir, l'on paye quand même assez cher pour avoir la tranquillité, pour remédier à cela les réceptionnistes m'ont conseillé lors de la prochaine réservation de nous mettre en chambre au troisième étage pour plus de tranquillité, chose que nous allons présicer lors de notre prochaine réservation Cordialement
