Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Habitué à b&B car breton, ce sejour à bourges a ete stressant (motif = petit dejeuner)

Salle de petit dejeuner fermé dans notre hotel. Obligé d aller le rendre dans le batiment 1 avec une salle du coup bondée. Cela necessitant 100m en exterieur, se vetir definitivement et donc quitter la chambre. Mis sur un fait accompli sans annonce prealable lors de la prise de reservation

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez effectué votre réservation directement sur la borne automatique. A ce moment là, la réception était pourtant ouverte et nous aurions pu vous informer de vive voix l'organisation du petit déjeuner, vous laissant ainsi le choix entre nos deux hôtels pour votre réservation. Par ailleurs, cette information est clairement indiquée dès l'entrée de l'hôtel grâce à plusieurs affichages. Nous rappelons également que nos deux établissements sont séparés de seulement quelques mètres et reliés par un chemin direct. Il est donc très simple de rejoindre votre chambre après le petit déjeuner. Concernant l'affluence en salle petit déjeuner, malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas contrôler les horaires auxquels tous nos clients choisissent de venir prendre leur petit déjeuner, et il peut arriver que certains créneaux soient plus fréquentés. hôtel d étape très pratique et très bon rapport qualité prix, un peu de bruit sur la porte coupe feu du couloir à côté de notre chambre, il doit être possible de la régler pour limiter ce bruit désagréable
