What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Malheureuse une nouvelle fois expérience nulle.

J'ai connu la chaîne B&B depuis des années mais je suis de plus en plus déçue par la qualité offerte. Inutile de répondre par la phrase bateau comme quoi vous en tenez compte et que vous ferez mieux la prochaine fois.

séjournant régulièrement dans des hôtels B&B, c'est la 1er fois ou j'ai ressenti du mépris. ok j'ai peut-être pas trouvé le bon fonctionnement de la borne, ok pour la facturation de 2 chambre dont 1 non utilisé donc pas de nettoyage a faire et ne pas remboursé ou faire un avoir pour le 2eme petit déjeuné non pris , juste du mépris plus jamais dans cet établissement.
