What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Impeccable comme l'année dernière

Je remercie Naïma pour sa patience lors des opérations de réservation et sa disponibilité H24 car pour une groupe de 57 personnes et 24 chambres (on est venu en bus 2 nuits) ça été un beau casse tête. Et c'est d'ailleurs la seule sur les 3 hôtels que j'ai consulté qui m'a rapidement répondu. Cela fait maintenant 2 ans de suite que nous nous rendons dans cet établissement pour nos compétitions sportives sur Auxerre et nous n'avons jamais été déçu, aussi je n'hésiterai pas la prochaine fois à l'appeler directement (maintenant que j'ai son 06!)
