Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hotel calme et bien situé, réservation facile et le check-in a fonctionné, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas. Chambre rénovée, différente de la charte habituelle mais très agréable, propre Sdb correcte, plus grande que certaines autres, un petit regret sur l’absence de sèche cheveux que l’on peut trouver dans certains B&B. Petit déjeuner en quantité, avec un très bon pain aux fruits. Je précise la chambre était bien fermée à clef à mon arrivée, depuis mon expérience ou les chambres n’étaient pas fermées dans un autre BB. C’est une sécurité que j’apprécie Je recommande

Très bien accueilli et très apprécié notre séjour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réceptionniste JADE et le réceptionniste du week-end lors de notre séjour à l’hôtel B&B d’ALBI. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et le grand professionnalisme les deux réceptionnistes qui nous ont considérés comme des amis et leur compétence ainsi que leur grande disponibilité ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sur tous les plans : chambres grand confort, hôtel très bien tenu petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux ! Tout est parfait ! Jade et leur compétence réceptionniste de nuit ont été impliqués sur leur accueil à notre égard et nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel sur tous les plans !
