B&B Hotel Rosenheim - an oasis at the foothills of the Alps!

 

This Upper-Bavarian city provides an idyllic counterpoint to the hectic pace of a big city, and offers something for everyone. Nearby Lake Chiemsee promises relaxation and unsurpassed Alpine panoramas, as well as countless opportunities for watersports. Tip of the hotel

Our excursion tips: A walk along the Inn and Magfall or a city tour with the Rosenheim cops are recommended. The Flötzinger Braustübl or Cortina are recommended for dining. Nature lovers can enjoy the Simsee, Chiemsee or Wendelstein.

Location

The B&B Hotel Rosenheim is centrally located in the city and is only a few minutes' walk from the train station and is one of the central guest houses and pensions in Rosenheim. The hotel's location means you can get anywhere quickly. The marketplace, the Heilig-Geist-Kirche and the famous Lokschuppen are all within a 1km perimeter of the hotel and are easily reached on foot. Lake Chiemsee is a 30 minute drive away and on a clear day, the Alps are even visible from the hotel. The bathing resort of Stephanskirchen Simssee is only 18 minutes away by car. The Isarco Valley is also worth a day trip. You can find out more information and real insider tips at our reception.

Facilities

 

The affordable accommodation offers modern rooms, which differ in rooms with a French bed, twin rooms and family rooms with 3 or 4 beds. All rooms are equipped with a TV, desk and air-conditioning, and there is an elevator to access the upper floors. Despite the proximity to the train station, soundproofed windows will ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin.

Ich bin Begeistert! Das Hotel wurde mir weiterempfohlen aber meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Personal ist supernett, die Praktikanten sehr kompetent und die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und der Check in war völlig unkompliziert. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt… direkt am Bahnhof (ohne störenden Lärm) und die Stadtmitte sehr bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen!

Perfektion

Perfektes Hotel also wirklich. Lobby ist immer sauber und Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Praktikanten sind sehr nett und seriös. Mitarbeiter und Manager sind wirklich sehr nett.

Directions to the Hotel Rosenheim

Via A8: Take the exit 102 for Rosenheim, then follow the B15 for around 5km. Turn left into Gießereistraße, which later turns into Luitpoldstraße. After approximately 800m, the B&B Hotel Rosenheim will be on the left-hand side.

Bus/train: The B&B Hotel Rosenheim is just a few minutes’ walk from the Rosenheim train station. Walk left along Luitpoldstraße (which will lead you directly to the front of the hotel), and after a few minutes you’ll see the hotel on the left-hand side.
