Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten und ordentlichen Eindruck, war sehr leise und die Zimmer waren sauber. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Sky Tv gibts nicht, wird aber munter weiter versprochen

Ich habe am 5.10. eine bis jetzt unbeantwortete Email an BB geschrieben. Vermutlich eher nur ein spezielles Problem, dessen Abwicklung durch das Hotel aber bedenklich war. Hinsichtlich eines nicht gehalten, groß beworbenen Werbeversprechens in 2 Broschüren gab es keine Wiedergutmachung und keine Bemühungen, das falsche Versprechen richtigzustellen. Ich checkte zur Spielzeit des Bundesliga Spitzenspieles ein, sah aber trotz der mehrfachen Zusicherung der Broschüren, Sky Buli wäre empfangbar nichts, weil es den mehrfach beworbenen Service nicht (mehr) gab.
