Es un hotel que me gusta mucho por la atencion y comodidad, aunque hay aspectos que mejoraria, mis críticas son constructivas. Por calidad-precio no esta mal. El olor al entrar al hotel echa para atras ya que el comedor se encuentra en la misma recepcion y no hay ventilacion. Por el resto… trato excelente como siempre. Seguro volveremos

Excelente hotel, fue muy agradable! ![trustyou]()
El hotel fue muy agradable y la habitación excelente. La atención del personal fue de primera y la comida realmente deliciosa. Además, nos apoyaron con el estacionamiento, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda, volvería sin pensarlo.

La recepcionista de la mañana del sábado día 4 de octubre ...
No estoy contenta con la atención recibida por la recepcionista del hotel del sábado en horario de mañana hasta las 15h. A la hora de dejar el hotel, no encontraba las llaves del coche, le pregunté si ella sabía algo su respuesta fue, "no, porque me las hubieran dejado aquí o me hubieran dejado una nota" le dejamos el TC para que nos llamara si había alguna noticia, fuimos en varias ocasiones por si alguien las había encontrado y nada. Somos de BCN y lo que acarrea perder las llaves es, hacer denuncia para que el seguro viniera a por el coche, nuevas llaves , etc. A las 15h teníamos cita en comisaria para hacer denuncia y me da por ir otra vez al hotel a preguntar, acababan de hacer cambio de turno y le pregunte a la chica, esta no sabia nada de las llaves , pero abrió un armario que tenía detrás, que es donde se dejan los objetos pedidos y estaban las llaves de mi coche. Contenta pk las encontré, pero por otro lado si la recepcionista de la mañana se hubiera levantado para mirar en el armario y no solo a decir k no estaban sin ni siquiera mirar, nos hubiera ahorrado una mañana de locos. Hay que empatizar un poco e intentar ayudar, estaban las llaves ahí desde la tarde del viernes que llegamos y solo tenia que haber mirado y mira que se lo dije muchas muchas veces y nos veía desesperados y nada. La chica de la limpieza super maja se implicó mucho y nos ayudó a buscar y super agradecidos. por el resto todo bien :)
