Wij verbleven voor de 2e keer bij dit hotel ivm een event in de buurt. Ons vorig verblijf was uitstekend. Een compacte maar fijne kamer. Een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Maar deze keer kwamen er onverwacht parkeerkosten bij. Waarom? Geen idee. Maar op een industrieterrein parkeerkosten rekenen aan je hotelgasten is voor mij een no-go. Erg jammer!

Prima bed, kussen vond ik iets minder. Kamer klein maar netjes. S'morgens helaas warm water voor de douche op 🤷‍♀️

The staff were very helpful, the place was lovely and clean, the room was comfortable and therefore it was a nice stay.

Nettes Personal, tolles Zimmer! Beim Frühstück waren leider super viele kleine Fliegen. Auch wenn das Essen wirklich sehr lecker war, haben die Fliegen enorm gestört Eine bessere Erklärung darüber, wie das mit den Bustickets läuft, wäre schön gewesen.

How to get to B&B Hotel Amsterdam-Zaandam

By car, you can reach our hotel in Zaandam if travelling from Düsseldorf via the A3, the A12, the A30, the A1 and then the A10. Leave the motorway at the Amsterdam-Tuindorp exit, Oostzaan. Travel along the s118 and then turn left into Pieter Lieftinckweg. You will arrive at the B&B Hotel Amsterdam-Zaandam after 10 minutes. If travelling by train to Amsterdam, take bus number 391 from the main train station. Get off at the ‘Zaandam, Vijhoek’ bus stop. The journey takes around half an hour. City tax

Accommodation tax of Amsterdam

The city of Amsterdam charges an accommodation tax. The tax is defined by the city and the amount is € 5.39 per person and night. For children under 16 years old the tax is €2.70 per child and night. Up from January 1st 2026 the amount will raise up to 5,63 for adults and night and 2,81 per child and night. Further exemptions may apply, please contact the city for details. The hotel is required to forward this tax to the city of Amsterdam.
