Single Use Plastic Free: We’ve eliminated 100% of single-use plastics in our rooms.
24h Water: We provide fresh, filtered water all day long, reducing plastic bottle use.
We support the circular economy through responsible use of materials, products, and waste — giving furniture a second life through our Circular Action Plan.
We partner with Too Good To Go to prevent food waste at our breakfast buffets.
Aware of energy consumption’s impact on our carbon footprint, we’re increasing our use of certified renewable electricity. In 2024, 100% of our electricity consumption is backed by renewable energy guarantees of origin.

We invest in sustainable building systems such as CREE, used in our B&B HOTEL Guimarães — the first building on the Iberian Peninsula to implement this — and in our B&B HOTEL Madrid Tres Cantos, the first building constructed in Spain using this method. This hybrid timber system meets high environmental standards, reducing carbon footprint by up to 60% and material use by 33%.

We have a long-term decarbonization strategy, with ambitious goals to reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2030. This climate trajectory is aligned with the 1.5 °C pathway and is currently under review by the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi).
