Kaltes Zimmer

Der Aufenthalt wäre okay gewesen, wenn bei -2 Grad Außentemperatur die Heizung funktioniert hätte. In der ersten Nacht hatte es gemessene 17,5 Grad und in der zweiten nur noch 16 Grad im Zimmer. Geheizt wird über die Klimaanlage, die "central" angezeigt hat. Als ich mich bei der Rezeption beklagte und darauf hinwies, dass es kalt sei und die Heizung offenbar zentral gesteuert wird, hieß es nur, dass man nicht Bescheid wüsste. Ein weiterer "Mangel" war, dass neuerdings Parkgebühren erhoben werden mit dem Hinweis, dass man sich dem "allgemeinen Standard der B&B Hotels" angeglichen hätte. Offenbar im Sinne von Downgrade. Dort gibt es weit und breit keine anderen Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Fahrzeug, so dass man gezwungen ist, zu bezahlen. Das sollte man bei den Übernachtungskosten bedenken.
