What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Exceptional in just about every way

Location absolutely amazing, quiet location with shops and restaurant nearby - right next to tram stop serving two lines and bus routes, not far from city centre (third stop from Gare de St Jean). Upon entering the hotel (early) we were invited to leave our luggage and advised of check-in times by a happy, smiling gentleman. On return later he was still there checking in a queue of guests but dealing at all times with politeness and a kind word in various languages. He happily added breakfast to our booking and altered the reservation accordingly for one day. He gave clear instructions about room door codes, lifts and times for breakfast etc. The room was exactly as we expected for the price paid - small but with everything we needed... except only one pillow each. We asked for an extra one but it never appeared - hence the loss of a star for the room. Bed was comfortable, shower decent and everything tidy and in working order with a great TV. Breakfast was good - items being refreshed as other guests devoured them. The only downside was that the coffee was not the greatest - cappuccino extremely sweet and the intensity of the beans not what we would be used to, however, definitely not bitter or over-roasted. A good selection of produce including the usual for an eat-all-you-can offering. On the day of leaving we were welcome to leave our bag until later and the lovely Tunisian-born reception lady was clearly enjoying her job. She was chatty and polite and stopped what she was doing to engage with us. Overall - we would more than happily stay here again on our next visit to Bordeaux as the hotel and staff were tip top. Compared to other B&B group hotels, this one had 24/7 staffed reception and not automatic check-in which gave a better impression.

Très bien pour un court séjour.

Très bien pour une nuit. Literie impeccable. Mettre à disposition une poubelle et des mouchoirs en papiers dans la chambre serait un plus.
