    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

From Spain or Bordeaux by A63 : exit 5 Anglet/Bayonne Centre/Cambo-les-Bains, direction Bayonne then a U-turn on the roundabout.*

From Bordeaux by RN10 and from Pau by N117 : Go through Bayonne and direction A63/Saint-Sébastien/Cambo-Les-Bains, direction Bayonne then a U-turn on the roundabout.

From Pau by A64 : direction Bayonne Sud/Biarritz by A63, then take the exit 5 Anglet/Bayonne Centre/Cambo-Les-Bains, direction Bayonne then a U-turn on the roundabout.

From Biarritz Airport : direction Bayonne, then A63 Cambo-Les-Bains.
