Der Check-in mit dem Kiosk war sehr kompliziert und hat lange gedauert. Ich habe nicht so getan, als ob ich es wüsste, obwohl ich einen Mitarbeiter am Info-Desk hatte.

Unprofessioneller Umgang mit den Hotelgästen

Wir konnten am Terminal nicht einchecken und standen vor der Tür. 8 weiteren Personen ging es genauso. Erst nachdem wir die "Notfallnummer" angerufen haben wurde uns mitgeteilt, das man den Zugangscode nicht erhält wenn man über Drittanbieter wie HRS oder Booking bucht. Das ist inakzeptabel und unprofessionell. Einen Hotelgast wie einen Vollidioten um 15.00 Uhr vor der Tür stehen zu lassen weil er keinen Code hat und die Rezeption erst wieder um 17.00 Uhr besetzt ist ist kein Geschäftsmodell. Es ist unprofessionelle Stümperei. Alle 8 Kunden waren zutiefst verärgert. Da helfen auch günstige Preise nicht. Selbst das Maritim war nur 20 € teurer. So ist Ihr Haus nicht zu empfehlen!

From the A5: At the Bad Homburger Kreuz (17) motorway junction, take the A661 in the direction of Oberursel/Bad Homburg, take the Bad Homburg motorway exit (3) in the direction of Bad Homburg-Stadtmitte and drive on Pappelallee, take the industrial estates/district office ramp, drive on the Südring, continue on Zeppelinstraße, turn right turn onto Else-Kröner-Straße, continue on Horexstraße, the B&B HOTEL Bad Homburg is on the left-hand side.
