Great location! ![trustyou]()
The hotel was easily accessible by Tram #8, which runs through the Trastevere area and ends near the Trevi Fountain. The front desk team was excellent; special shout-out to Elisabetta and Lorenzo, who shared gems of information with guests.

Sistemazione corrispondente alle informazioni che ripossono trovare sul sito, unico difetto il malfunzionamento della rete Wi-Fi nella nostra camera anche se per noi non ha comportato un problema. Ottima la posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

Esperienza da dimenticare
Siamo stati svegliati in piena notte dall’allarme antincendio. Vestiti in fretta e furia abbiamo trovato il portiere di notte che diceva che non c’era alcun incendio e che l’allarme era scattato a causa del fumo. Dopo alcune domande abbiamo capito che lui (il portiere di notte) si trasforma anche in cuoco per preparare la colazione e che non riuscendo a fare le Due cose contemporaneamente, perché a suo dire stava registrando un utente appena arrivato (alle 5:30 di notte!!!!), aveva bruciato il bacon e fatto scattare l’allarme. In un italiano approssimativo ci ha detto di ritornare in camera perché aveva disattivato l’allarme per non farlo suonare. Inoltre è stato scortese con altri clienti e si è rifiutato di farci vedere la parte della cucina dalla quale lui sosteneva fosse partito tutto il problema.

Eher unzufrieden - Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht gegeben
Die Bäder waren schimmelig, die Abflüsse gammelig und der Wasserhahn war seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Für den Preis war es ingesamt viel zu teuer. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde organisiert nach Feedback, das neue Zimmer genau so wie das vorherige. Beide waren super laut und hellhörig. Die Mitarbeiter waren fast alle super freundlich bis auf einen Mitarbeiter der gefühlt nie Bock auf seinen Job hatte am Empfang (kann ich aber verstehen). Zudem ging über den kompletten Aufenthalt Netflix nicht wegen einer „Störung“ die gemeldet wurde aber natürlich nicht behoben wurde in der Zeit. Sehr schade. Ergänzend noch: die Wände sind aus Pappe. Man hört alles in den Nebenzimmern. Und wenn ich sage alles meine ich das auch :)

Fijne ervaring
Heel goed hotel met vlotte verbinding naar centrum, en vlakbij station van Trastevere. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, sommige kamers zijn wel aan een opfrisbeurt toe (vooral dan wat betreft het sanitair). Maar al bij al een heel fijn hotel waar ik graag terugkom.
