We’re glad to know that you appreciated our central location, the comfort of the room, and especially our generous breakfast — we’re happy it stood out during your stay. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. We also noticed this is your second review, and we’re truly sorry that your experience led you to share the same concerns again. Please know that we take your comments seriously and are looking into what can be improved. Regarding the mosquitoes, although this can unfortunately be a seasonal issue in Florence, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been. Our team did their best to assist, and we always encourage guests to inform us as soon as possible so we can act promptly. As for the air conditioning, we’d like to clarify that the temperature can indeed be adjusted from the room. Had we known there was an issue, we would have been happy to assist you further. Lastly, we regret that the room did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback helps us continue working on the areas that need more attention.
