First time caller
I have had to drive from London to a second home in Provence many times over the years and sometimes decide to break my journey at the halfway point around the area of Beaune. When I recently visited the B&B HOTEL Beaune Nord I was traveling alone and had come to the conclusion that - for just an overnight stay and a late arrival - there was no point in spending a lot of money when all I really needed was a clean room and a comfortable bed to sleep in. In that the hotel did not disappoint. The booking process and access procedure is a little impersonal and automated - and slightly confusing for the first time - but the room was clean, well appointed (within the restrictions of a very small space) and really very comfortable. I actually quite enjoyed it and will probably stay there again on my return trip. The hotel is just a few minutes from the main routes (although the car park access needs a little advance research on Google Maps) and excellent value considering the surprisingly low cost. My only slight negative was the fact that I didn't notice anything in the hotel's information about the breakfast times. I had actually booked and paid in advance for a breakfast, but didn't know exactly how, where or when it would be available - so it was just a little bit disappointing that the breakfast area was shut by the time I went to look for it. Probably my fault as it was mid/late morning, but I think that more information online or in the room would be a good idea. In fact if I could make one suggestion then it would be for the hotel to produce more advance information (video?) explaining the various options and procedures from booking to departure for people who are considering staying at the hotel for the first time. Overall though I was actually quite pleasantly surprised that my first stay at this style of hotel exceeded my expectations.

Sejour d'une nuit dans une chambre double. L'hôtel est calme, la literie ferme mais confortable et la propreté impeccable. Très bon accueil et hôtelière fort sympathique.

Hotel con problemas de seguridad.
Además de lo mencionado, sufrimos un intento de robo del vehículo en las instalaciones. El personal, que es lo mejor del hotel, nos ayudó con la denuncia, pero es intolerable que no haya cierre de la puerta del parquin a la noche ni ningún tipo de seguridad ante externos, además del tema ya mencionado de quedarme atrapado fuera al llegar por falta de código de acceso. Mencionar que además cobrasteis una tasa turística que debería haberse incluido en el momento de la reserva, no pagarla yo al llegar.
