B&B HOTEL Villach
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was generally clean, although there were some stains on the walls and ceilings, especially visible around the upper part of the bunk bed. A big plus was the air conditioning. I also appreciated that the hotel allows guests to stay with pets, although I ultimately did not travel with one. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.
The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. I would have appreciated having at least one hot meal option.

Staff need.better training in client hospitality services. The staff only smiled at us on the last day - when we were leaving the hotel and they were busy eating their communal breakfast with their partners and all their children. Pillows were VERY lumpy and soft, so we could not fall sleep after the fatigue from the trip. Staffneither friendly, nor professional - except one L. fro the Slovak Republic who was great!

Kurzfristige Buchung. Mit SelfCheckin war die Anreise auch um 00:30 kein Problem. Checkout bis 11:00 hat uns gut ausschlafen lassen. Perfekt. Grosses plus: der Hoteleigene Parkplatz.
