Dear Mrs. Amin T., We are genuinely sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. However, we categorically reject the false and defamatory claims made in your review. At no point before, during, or after your stay was there any report or evidence of bedbugs—neither from you nor from any other guest. Our rooms are regularly cleaned and undergo routine inspections by certified pest-control professionals, and no issues were identified in the room you occupied. No complaints were filed, no photos were presented, and had any concern been raised, we would have investigated it immediately, as we take such matters extremely seriously. In fact, contrary to the claims in your review, you expressed a wish to extend your reservation during your stay. At no point did you report any discomfort to our reception team — until a situation arose, in which you physically confronted and touched a member of our staff. This behaviour is entirely unacceptable. While our team is trained to respond to concerns respectfully and professionally, the safety and well-being of our employees is equally important. As a result, we cancelled your upcoming reservation and issued a full refund. Regarding breakfast, we apologize for any confusion. As our reception team informed you, depending on weekends and bank holidays, processing a refund may take up to two weeks. We strongly believe in honest feedback and value constructive criticism. However, we cannot accept false statements that misrepresent the facts and unfairly damage the reputation of our hotel and staff. Fabricating claims to harm a business and its employees crosses a clear line. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all our guests.
