Location is key but avoid room #605

Generally we like it as the key decision factor was the location, you are really in the city center, easy to walk everywhere. But quality of sleep was horrible as there was for 2 nights unidentified noise, like a loose wooden shutter that banged against the wall all night...2 nights...

B&B HOTEL - Hotel Laurus Al Duomo Was Excellent!

Everything was truly great including location, room quality, service, and etc. I stayed in Junior Suite room. It was a little bit tight, but, efficient enough for my family. I also could see the bathroom was recently renovated. And, the included breakfast was really delicious. If I go to Florence again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

From the A1 motorway:

Take the Firenze Scandicci exit towards Florence and enter the SGC Firenze - Pisa - Livorno. Continue on Viale Etruria and take Viale Francesco Talenti, SS67, Via Il Prato, Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci and Via del Moro towards Via de 'Cerretani. The B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo is located in Via de 'Cerretani.

On the train

The B&B Hotel Laurus al Duomo is located a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station and to reach it you need to exit the station and take Via Panzani, which will soon become Via de 'Cerretani. The hotel is on the left.

By plane

The Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport is approx. 6 Km. Thanks to public transport it is possible to reach the hotel by:
