Scoperta quasi venti anni fa in Francia, la catena nonostante l'enorme espansione ha mantenuto sempre la peculiarità in tutte le strutture anche in questo caso: hotel confortevole, personale disponibile, ottimo servizio, colazione varia.

Il 23 Novembre ho pernottato c/o Vs. struttura di Como Camerlata nella camera 907. La camera , posta al piano terra, dava direttamente all'esterno in contatto con l'ingresso dell'Hotel dove sono posizionati dei divanetti per chi vuole fumare comodamente seduto. La parete della testa letto separa la camera dalla hall e ha un grado d'isolamento acustico praticamente nullo. Una comitiva di Magrebini, uomini donne e bambini, hanno cenato sui tavoli della hall dando libero sfogo a risate, pugni sui tavoli e dialoghi ad alta voce dalle 24.00 alle 2.45. Verso le 3.00 il traffico in strada si intensificava e il rumore era molto fastidioso. Verso le 4.00 un gruppetto di giovani partenopei si intrattenevano sui divanetti posti all'esterno per fumare e chiaccherare ad alta voce. Per finire la notte in bellezza, il personale della cucina ha preso servizio verso le 5.30 e andavano avanti ed indietro per preparare le colazioni dialogando fra loro come fossero le 11 del mattino, senza considerare che la porta della camera da me occupata era difronte alla cucina. Insonorizzazioni dei serramenti pessimi, uguali a quelli del Vs. Hotel di Torino Orbassano, anche li pessima esperienza per chi viaggia per lavoro . Preciso che alla reception dell'albergo , di notte, non c'è nessuno che tenga sotto controllo la situazione. Vi ringrazio per avermi fatto passare una notte da incubo. Spero vivamente che la prossima volta che prenoto possa scegliere una camera un pò più silenziosa e non mi venga assegnata dal personale della reception.

Perfect!
The hotel is very clean, the stuff very helpful. Location is perfect (several min by bus from the hotel to city center). We used free and safe underground parking. The pillows and bed were very good and comfortable, we slept good. I also liked rich breakfast with fresh orange juice, omelette, bacon, good coffee. Thank you!
