Hôtel bien placé, propre, mais compliqué de réserver et d'avoir la chambre correspondante. Attention les femmes de ménage peuvent rentrer dans les chambres sans prévenir, sans frapper, j'y ai eu droit 2 fois.

Chambre confort réservée sur Booking. Arrivée à la borne, chambre sous classée. Après insistance à demander la bonne chambre, j'ai eu une personne qui m'a donné la bonne réservée en disant que c'est une erreur de booking. Lol. J'ai la facture. 😂 Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de dosette de café et le lait est périmé depuis le 06/01/2026. Je réclame à une femme de ménage qui vient dans la chambre sans frapper sans prévenir! De quel droit ! Si j'étais en petite tenue c'était pareil! 😠. Le lendemain, une autre femme de ménage rentre également sans prévenir sans frapper. J'étais très surprise. On ne rentre pas comme ça dans les chambres! Lol. J'ai réservé une nuit supplémentaire, mais hélas encore problème. On m'a compté la 1ère nuit une 2ème fois donc on me l'a remboursée et j'ai dû repayer. Pourquoi tant de complication. Remboursement effectué validé 2 jours après. Très compliqué pour 2 nuits. Literie très bien. Chambre confort avec cafetière café, thé, dosette de lait et eau. Sèche cheveux, balcon. Manque de lumière dans SDB, trop peu pour se maquiller et aucune lumière dans l'entrée. Une seule lumière dans la chambre. Heureusement, en repos, j'ai fini par rire avec le Mr de l'accueil. La borne à l'entrée c'est beaucoup moins bien que le contact humain et la discussion directe. Hôtel bien placé. Propre. Parking gratuit. Petit chien accepté.

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
