What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Chambre correcte mais quelques malfaçons qui ont nuit au bon déroulement de notre séjour ( lit qui craque, rideau de douche inutile qui a fait que la salle de bain a été inondée, lampadaire extérieur qui disfonctinnait du coup flash lumineux dans la chambre toute la nuit malgré le rideau)

Pas de petit déjeuner

Le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 7H30 le WE, ceci n'était pas indiqué sur la réservation. A 7 heures du matin je me suis retrouvé devant des volets clos et aucune indication sur les horraires. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour récupérer le montant du petit déjeuner mais cela reste sans réponse.
