What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

La personne à l'accueil très aimable. Le distributeur de café qui se trouve dans le hall n'a pas fonctionné correctement. A notre arrivée, on a voulu prendre un café en sélectionnant un double expresso (verre grande capacité), on n'a eu que le fond du verre qui correspond à un expresso serré !!! Par contre la somme réglée correspond bien à un double expresso. On a téléphoné au numéro de téléphone indiqué en expliquant le souci. Pas de réponse. Le lendemain matin on a tenté à nouveau,et, malheureusement même constat. Le fond d'un verre en guise de double expresso !!!

Quels problèmes de maintenance dans la salle de bain... l'hôtel ne vieillit pas très bien. Mais le personnel est vraiment TRÈS sympathique.
