What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Drogue et insécurité

Je suis une femme seule. J'étais au rez de chaussée, vue sur le parking. Seulement une porte entre mon lit et le parking. Je ne pouvais pas aérer la chambre. Je me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Personne à l'entrée, je suis arrivée pourtant à 20h. Il faisait nuit noire et j'ai meme hésité à garer la voiture devant la fenêtre, pour éviter qu'elle soit isolée et éviter d'indiquer que j'étais seule et dans quelle chambre. Ma chambre avait l'air propre, mais sentait très très fortement la fumée de cigarette et cannabis. Je suis déjà allée dans d'autres B&B auparavant et c'était parfait. Mais celui-ci m'a donné la chair de poule. N'importe qui peut venir séjourner ici, même sous un faux nom. Il n'y a personne. Aucune sécurité. Un ecrito à l'entrée disait également de ne rien laisser dans les voitures pour éviter les vols. Un très grand sentiment d'insécurité. Je me suis sentie dans un repère de drogués ou de prostitution, ou pire..

Bonjour Madame, nous venons de prendre connaissance de votre commentaire, ou j'aimerais apporter quelques précisions : Vous êtes arrivée sur l'hôtel à 20H47, or notre réception ferme à 20h30, d'où le fait que celle-ci soit fermée (horaires précisés sur notre site), Même si l'accueil est fermé, vous avez une borne d'assitance disponible 24/24 si besoin, si vous nous aviez contacté, nous aurions bien sûr pû vous changer de chambre pour que vous ne soyez pas indisposée par les odeurs de cigarettes et autres, Malheureusement, malgré nos contrôles réguliers, nous ne pouvons pas empêcher les odeurs de cigarette et autres, malgré nos recommandations et les informations transmises sur notre hôtel 100% non fumeur, Notre hôtel est éclairé aussi bien au rez-de-chaussée qu'au 1er étage toute la nuit dans nos coursives, pour que vous ne soyez pas dans le noir, Nous veillons à la bonne fréquentation de notre hôtel, et nous avons un vigile présent tous les week-ends ainsi que la semaine pour assurer la sécurité, même si vous ne le voyez pas à la réception, L'écriteau sur notre parking est présent dans tous nos hôtels B&B, afin de préciser de ne pas laisser en vue des effets personnels dans les voitures, Nous sommes vraiment navrés que vous ayez ressenti cette insécurité, sur un hôtel fréquenté principalement par des travailleurs et étudiants, Espérant avoir pu vous éclairer sur les conditions d'accueil et de sécurité de notre hôtel, Très cordialement, La direction

Bon rapport qualité prix

Personnels très accueillants. Chambre spacieuse et j'ai apprécié d'avoir de la moquette au sol. Le seul reproche c'est les bruits de la circulation routière à proximité.
