Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

5 nuits sans Clim en plein été : une horreur

Extrêmement déçu, 5 nuits sans climatisation. Personne de l’accueil sympathique a pris en compte et même prêté un ventilateur (inefficace bien sûr car cela ne refroidit pas) mais nuits horribles. 5 nuits sérieusement on ne parle pas d’une seule nuit !!! Pas une idée non plus de proposer un rabais ou autre pour compenser… c’est honteux!
