What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

No volveria jamas

Sabiendo que realize 3 reservas con la marca b&b, de esas 3 una me dio error a la hora del pago... Con lo cual elegí otro hotel, y cual fue mi sorpresa , que aunque la pagina de pago ne dio error al efectuar el pago si me lo cobrasteis, y tenia 2 reservas en 2 hoteles vuestros el mismo dia, se me hizo imposible poder hablar con nadie de b&b para poder solucionarlo, pude hablar pero en frances como pude... Nadie me dio facilidades y cero empatia sabiendo que esa reserva fue totalmente por error.. las vacaciones que tantos añose costo ahorrar con mis hijos se conviertio en pesadilla gracias a este,suceso, somos una familia humilde que no se puede permitir perder 200 euros y menos que no me den facilidades nisiquiera para poder hablar con alguien para que me expliquen. De hay mi mala puntuacion, porque no hubo comunicación ni empatia alguna. La reserva es sin modificacion lo de .. pero n fue mi error de primeras porque me dio error a la hora del pago, desde luego no volveria.

Incompétence et manque de tout

Cet hôtel est à fuir ! Des psoques dans la salle de repas, des puces de lit, des odeurs noseabonde. Un lit pas confortable, des serviettes râpeuse et un petit déjeuner à vomir.
