What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The air conditioning in our room was completely non-functional. I informed the reception, and while they did send someone to check, the issue was not resolved — the AC still didn’t work. On top of that, there was a persistent, foul smell in the room, similar to the smell of sewage, which made it extremely uncomfortable for our entire stay. We were a family of four and had booked two rooms, but neither of us could sleep properly due to the unbearable odor. It completely ruined our experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel — it was truly the worst stay we've ever had. I want my money back, and it was my first experienced with B&B, and it was worst.
