What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je recommande le Check in à distance. Très facile et pratique. Vous arrivez sans vous soucier des horaires. Nous avons reçu le numéro de chambre et le code d’accès le jour de notre réservation à partir de 14h. Concernant le B&B de l’Estaque, nous sommes plutôt déçu. Nous y avions séjourné il y a plus de 10 ans, le service s’est bien détérioré. Les fruits (uniquement des pommes) pour Le petit déjeuner, n’étaient pas frais (tout mou, peau flétri des pommes). Un des matins, il ne restait qu’un morceau de pain et des croissants. Plus de pain au chocolat…. Personne dans l’arrière cuisine. La dame est assise au petit salon à côté… lorsque je lui ai fait la remarque, elle m’a dit « il fallait demander » … déjà j’ai du deviné avec son tablier que c’était la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Elle a l’air fatiguée et peu aimable. Quant au gérant , je suppose … il se fait très discret…. Nous n’y retournerons plus, sauf cas de force majeur, car l’établissement est tout proche de notre famille.
